Professionals For Impact (PFI) is a recruiting and hiring support service dedicated to social impact fields, including climate change and global health. We connect professionals who want to create impact with organizations committed to solving social challenges.
PFI designs matching not only around impact agendas, but also around professional skills such as finance and accounting, legal, HR, communications, business development, project management, and data/AI. By clarifying both where and how professionals can contribute, we create better, more sustainable matches.

After graduating from Soka University of America, Mitch completed his MIA at Columbia University SIPA and MBA at Harvard Business School. He worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation before founding Professionals For Impact in January 2025.
